Elizabeth “Beth” Dean has worked in the financial services industry for over 22 years. Using her comprehensive understanding of fiscal matters, and acting solely in their best interest, Beth helps clients navigate complex financial decisions, analyze investments, review estate needs and manage healthcare decisions through all stages of life. Throughout her career, Beth has built a large network of professional partners and resources to accomplish these tasks.
In addition to her client commitment, she’s continually advancing her expertise through education, conferences and industry research. Active in the community, she is a board member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC).
Beth is a licensed Professional Fiduciary through the state of California. She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Sacramento State, and lives in Davis with her husband and children.
David Dean
Office Manager/ Associate
David brings a unique background to the office. Having served 28 years as a firefighter with the UC Davis fire Department, he has a close connection with the local community.
David supports daily office functions and facilitates field work with local professionals such as contractors, inspectors and realtors.
Taylor Storm Orr
Fiduciary Assistant
Taylor brings over 12 years’ experience in customer focused roles and a passion for helping people navigate complex financial and healthcare systems. She graduated top of her class in Sociology from Cleveland State University’s Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Honor’s college where she combined academic excellence with hands-on service. While in college, Taylor volunteered with underprivileged youth, teaching English and fostering community, and gained care management experience supporting autistic youth in local group homes.
Taylor is an active member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, currently working towards licensure.
Briana Miller
Associate
CA Licensed Professional Fiduciary
Briana brings over 15 years of experience supporting clients and their families challenging life experiences. With a professional background in crisis intervention and confidential victim advocacy, her work has focused on guiding clients through complex systems such as legal, medical, psychological, housing, educational, and financial procedures. She does so with care, clarity, and a deep commitment to client empowerment.
Briana is a licensed Professional Fiduciary in the state of California (License #1535) and a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC). Her approach to fiduciary services is grounded in compassion, systems navigation expertise, and a dedication to client-centered care.
In addition to her fiduciary work, Briana holds leadership roles in public health within higher education, managing interdisciplinary teams dedicated to college student well-being. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quinnipiac University with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University.
John Kokoska
Case Manager
With 30 years of business experience as an IT business analyst and project manager, John is excited to contribute and collaborate with the Dean team in his role as case manager. He is a member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California where he is enrolled in the pre-licensing program. John takes pride in building professional relationships with his clients.
John has lived in the Davis community for ten years and has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Richard Stockton university.
Matt Dean
Associate
Matt traded in his tool belt after 35 years as an electrician and now works in the office side of the Fiduciary industry. Matt enjoys helping others and being in the great outdoors.
Matt lends assistance for administrative office duties and financial reconciliation.
Sunnie Cambra
Associate
Sunnie has lived in Davis for 16 years. She came to Davis originally working for Northern California Newspaper publications in the circulations department and fell in love with the bike community of Davis. She owned a small bike shop in Davis for five years refurbishing old bikes.
Before landing in Davis, Sunnie embarked on her athletic journey playing women’s college, International, and professional basketball. Sunnie also competed in multiple marathons, including a first place 100 mile run which took 22 1/2 hrs. Sports has taught her discipline and commitment.
Sunnie’s new journey with Elizabeth Dean Fiduciary Services reignites her passion for honesty and devotion. She is constantly proud to work with a team of people that genuinely cares and protects each individual case as though it is their own family.
